Another common question that people often ask is, do I need a solicitor to actually produce the Will?

Well of course you can utilise the services of a solicitor to do one but you don't need to.

One thing I found out when I checked out looking into this industry was that the actual Will writing industry is non-regulated which surprised me greatly. Many different people can actually help you write Wills. It isn't regulated and having coming from a financial services background for many many years I decided that when we set the company up to operate it the same way as if the Will writing industry was regulated.

So I'm just as qualified as any other Will writer to actually help you write the Will. We also work very closely with a couple of probate and Wills specialists so if there's anything particularly specific or technical with something we've got the full backup and access there.

I'm also fully qualified with the Society of Will Writers, their Will writing course and I'm a member fully paid up member of their of that profession as well.

The other Will writing organisation would be the Institute of Professional Will Writers.
